Certification

Your NPCE certification, like many credentials, will be active for the term of your certification. NPCE certification does not guarantee any candidate’s ability to meet any or all regulatory requirements pertaining to their profession. You must complete CEU credits every 2 years to keep your certification valid.

Restrictions are found in California, Louisiana, State of Washington and Nevada. States can update new rules and regulations regarding phlebotomy certification. I understand that it is my responsibility to call the state prior to getting the certification to verify current requirements. Dependent solely upon your employer, as these two states have created state-specific licenses that may be required of you in order to perform Phlebotomy. Please check with your employer as to whether these restrictions may apply to you before registering with NPCE. NPCE will not be held responsible if you fail to do so, and all applicable cancellation policies and fees will be applied. Please read through our Terms and Conditions before submitting your registration.

Removal of Information/Plagiarism/Academic Dishonesty

The removal or attempt to remove questions or other assessment material from the test site is prohibited. It is forbidden under federal copyright law to copy, reproduce, record, distribute, or disclose these assessment questions by any means, in whole or in part. A violation of this type can result in civil and criminal penalties. I certify that I will not cheat or violate the confidentiality of the examination and or remove any materials, information, images from the site.

Cheating or violation of confidentiality may be defined as, but not necessarily limited to the following: a. obtaining help from any other person during the examination, b. communicating with or giving help to another candidate during the examination, c. using notes, books, or any other sources of information during the examination, d. using electronic programmable devices, such as calculators, cell phones, and PDAs during the examination, e.reproducing or making copies of an NPCE examination or test questions by any means, f.memorizing and reproducing test questions, g.soliciting test questions from previous candidates, h.discussing or disclosing the contents of the examination by any means, or i.providing false or purposely misleading information when applying for, registering for, or completing the exam. I understand that NPCE will publish a list of Certified Candidates and that my employer and state regulatory board may be notified if my certification expires or is revoked. Unless required by law, my name will not be released to any party in conjunction with my test score without my permission. I understand that any claim I may have related to the good-faith enforcement of these policies or the unintentional damage or loss of my exam records will not exceed the amount of my application fee for this examination.

Payment Chargebacks

A charge back or payment failure will result in suspension of certification, notice of failure to all entities who have inquired of your certification status and removal of active membership with the Phlebotomy Directory.

TERMS Consent to Receive Calls and/or SMS Text Messages

By listing or updating my cellular phone information, I authorize NPCE to call or send SMS text messages using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded message to my cell phone number to provide information and services related to student coaching. Additionally, I authorize NPCE to follow up to remind me of upcoming appointments or deliver messages that assist me with my coaching goals. If I do not want to receive calls or SMS text messages, I can unsubscribe by sending an email to education@npce.org with the subject line “STOP Text” or by calling a NPCE representative at 888-240-8440. I understand standard text messaging rates and fees from my mobile carrier may apply.

User Eligibility: Users must meet the eligibility requirements specified for each certification. Minors under the age of 18 may not use our services. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

User Registration: To access certain features of our website, users may be required to register and create an account. Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep their account credentials secure.

Fees and Payments: Users may be required to pay fees for examination registration and study materials. All fees are non-refundable. By submitting payment, users acknowledge and accept our no-refund policy.

Intellectual Property Rights:All content on the Company NPCE website, including study materials and examination content, is the intellectual property of Company NPCE and is protected by copyright laws. Users agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior authorization.

User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the certification process. Cheating, plagiarism, or any other form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in disqualification from the certification process and legal action. All new NPCE users must provide supporting documentation prior to taking their certification examination. These may be submitted via email to education@npce.org or via document upload functionality. These documents may include:

  • High School Diploma
  • Program Certificate of Completion
  • Employment Letter
  • Other Professional License LPN, RN, PA, NP, MD or DO
  • Certification from another certification provider (current or expired).

Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user information. By using our website, users consent to the collection and use of their information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Code of Conduct

Users are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times. Cheating, plagiarism, or any other unethical behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate consequences.

Termination of Services

Company NPCE reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts or access to services for any reason, including violations of these Terms or unlawful activity. Users may appeal such decisions through our dispute resolution process.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our website and services shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as determined by NPCE in its sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or reputation. Maximum liability may not exceed the amount of fees paid.

Changes to Terms

NPCE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes to these Terms, and continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

I agree that all information answered on this form is accurate to the best of my knowledge. Candidates must be able to provide written proof of training or experience and/or documentation of education completion upon request. Candidates are solely responsible for knowing and understanding state regulatory requirements that may pertain to their certification and/or ability to practice in their profession in their particular state.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS 

This is a new program to NPCE and we reserve the right to change, cancel, hold or suspend preliminary certification program at any time. By filling out and signing forms below, you commit to a subscription plan for the duration of your certification. Instead of a large upfront cost, we broke the cost down or one and two-year certification programs into affordable monthly installments with payment processor fees included in the program.  You start with a two month payment and then pay as you go, payment plan fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay for the first month will place your certification on hold and notify you of your certification status. A charge back or subsequent failure will result in suspension of certification, ban from payment program and notice of failure to all entities who have inquired of your certification status as well as blacklisting you as an individual with national phlebotomy directory.  We are taking a financial risk by offering this program and sincerely hope that this program helps a lot of people!

Attestation
